“My name is Mariia Berezhnaia. I was born in Russia, but Mexico is now my home country. I’m a psychologist and model, passionate about understanding people and helping them. I love animals and feel a strong connection to nature. As a Leo, I am confident and energetic, always striving to achieve my goals.
I expect Miss Europe Continental 2025 to be an incredible experience. It’s a unique opportunity to meet amazing people—both the contestants and the dedicated staff behind the scenes who work tirelessly to make a show of this level possible. I’m excited to build connections with other competitors, learn from their diverse backgrounds, and share unforgettable moments together. Additionally, I am proud to represent Mexico, my new home, and to showcase it as the wonderful country it is—rich in culture, diversity, and warmth. The chance to grow personally and professionally through this journey is something I truly look forward to.
My plans for the future include leveraging the incredible experience of Miss Europe Continental 2025 to enrich both my character and professional life. I believe this journey will open up new opportunities, helping me set fresh goals and grow in ways I hadn’t imagined. I hope to use the skills and connections I gain to make a positive impact in the world. Above all, I see this as a memorable experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life, shaping the person and professional I aspire to be.
A defining moment in my life came when I was 19 and decided to travel to South Africa for a safari. Since childhood, I’ve always loved animals and exploring new places, and that trip sparked a passion for wildlife and adventure. From then on, I began living in different countries, always seeking new experiences and challenges. Ten years ago, I settled in Mexico, where I’ve found my true home. This journey has shaped who I am today, enriching my understanding of life, cultures, and the importance of following your heart
My advice to other participants is to enjoy every moment of the journey. Often, the greatest happiness comes not just from reaching the goal but from everything we experience along the way. Embrace the travel, the people you meet, and the new perspectives you gain. These are the moments that will stay with you long after the competition. Stay true to yourself, and remember that personal growth and happiness are just as important as the final outcome.”
