1. Tell us more about you. Who is Lasma?
Pleasure being here, for introduction – my name is Lasma Kuhtarska. I am 29 years old Latvian, living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which I consider my home by now. I am a passionate entrepreneur, lifestyle influencer, and a dedicated mother. Over the years, I had prioritized work and education, which has shifted slightly towards family now. I find joy in balancing my work life with spending quality time with my 3 year-old daughter, Laima, and excelling in my hobbies.
2. In your career you have had a lot of work experience and traveled a lot, what levels have you reached, and which ones have thrilled you the most?
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of reaching incredible milestones, it surely didn’t come easy. From establishing a successful company to traveling for both business and pleasure, my travels started with Erasmus and haven’t stopped even for a month since then. The most thrilling experiences so far have been Africa and Australia. Where wonders and new findings never end.
3. What is your passion?
My passion lies in creating—whether it’s a business, design and aesthetics, or nurturing growth of my toddler. I’m deeply passionate about transforming spaces and experiences into something extraordinary, and I try to bring that same energy into helping others through my blog. I also have a deep love for fitness, particularly belly dancing, which keeps me healthy and happy.
4. How do you feel about being in Miss Europe Continental and what do you want to learn from this experience?
I’m incredibly excited and honored to be part of Miss Europe, it is like a childhood dream I just wanted to fulfill. This experience is an opportunity to be among other strong, inspiring women from across the continent. I’m really looking forward to these connections and new experiences.
5. Are there any goals you like to achieve? How do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I see myself continuing to expand my businesses, helping them become international names in their respective industries. I also aim to reach a doctorate degree in my studies in order to provide mentorship and help to others striving. Personally, I want to con nue becoming the be er version of myself each day and build a life that allows me to spend as much me as possible with my daughter, supporting her dreams as she grows
6. Will there be any friends/relatives of yours to support you during your days in Naples with us?
Yes, I’m fortunate to have a supportive network of friends and family, and some of them will be there for me, maybe even my dogs. Who wouldn’t like to visit Italy and see all the beauty of the world in one place?
7. We know you have a li le daughter, what advice would you give to the new generation?
Of course, becoming a mother has changed a lot in my perspective. To the new generation, my advice is simple: stay curious, be fearless, and embrace every opportunity to grow. Life is growth, and despite challenges, don’t forget – it’s full of beauty and possibilities if you remain open to it. Stay true to yourself, and follow your dreams. Above all, always prioritize self-love and kindness, both to yourself and to others. I believe there is enough bad happening, so let’s share kindness.
Thank you for you time Lasma, see you soon in Italy!
