Let’s meet the beautiful Miss Fannuzia Rodriguez Ale

My name is Fannuzia Rodriguez Ale, I am 23 years old, in September I will be 24 and I am currently representing Chile in this wonderful Miss Europe Continental contest. Well, Chile is divided into 16 regions and I come from the 4th region, exactly from Andacollo, a town located in this region of Coquimbo.

– Besides your experience as a Miss, what are your personal passions or interests that motivate you in life?

Aside from my passion for the world of Misses, Models and pageants, one of my greatest passions is beauty, as well as helping people feel beautiful, it is something that gives me great gratification and for that reason I studied a career related to beauty and well, today I am a cosmetologist, esthetician, professional makeup artist, and professional model and that makes me truly happy.

– Are there people in your life, famous or not, who have inspired you to follow the path of beauty pageants?

The first person who inspired me on this path of beauty pageants was my mother. She often told me and showed me photographs of pageants she had participated in when she was my age, which was my first motivation. It is also worth noting that when I made the first decision to participate in a beauty pageant, she was my first support, or yes, to everything, so to speak and also our Cecilia Bolocco, the first Chilean to win Miss Universe.

– How would you define the concept of “beauty” today?

Well, for me, beauty is very subjective. Speaking of “physical” beauty, I feel it can vary in many ways. For me, your inner “beauty” is much more important: how you are as a person, how you treat others, your empathy, your values. I feel that physical beauty isn’t worth much if you’re not beautiful at heart.

– Being a Miss requires not only external beauty, but also a strong character and solid values. What are your main values?

I feel that a Miss must also have a certain “character” to handle critical comments, but beyond that, the most important values she must possess are respect for others, empathy, and humility. These are what give you the courage, pardon the redundancy, to be a good queen. I feel I’ve been nurtured with these beautiful values throughout my life, and I’m very grateful for that, along with the charisma that very much represents my personality.

– We know that you already had experience in National competitions there in Chile, what did you learn from all this?

Regarding this question, I had very beautiful experiences in the competitions I was in, both national and international, and I take the best memories from the international ones. I learned a lot. I created very beautiful bonds with girls who shared the same passion, also with stylists, makeup artists, designers, which I also learned a lot from. I also learned to work under pressure and it really helped me a lot. Being in a national and international concentration, despite being exhausting days, are some of the most beautiful experiences I have had and that is why I am still here in them. They are all experienced in different ways but with the same motivation.

– What does it mean to you to represent Chile in an international competition as Miss Europe Continental?

For me, it’s a great challenge that I’m looking forward to. It’s an honor and a source of pride for me to represent my wonderful country, Chile, in a very prestigious competition like Miss Europe Continental, and I intend to do it in the best way possible.

– What message would you like to give to the young women who are watching you?

My message to young people is to follow their dreams and goals no matter how difficult the road may be. There will always be people who will support them in whatever they decide. Don’t let outsiders put a damper on your dreams. You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. Try to put those insecurities aside, even though I know it’s not entirely easy. But remember that despite everything, you can always start over. Don’t give up, and keep moving forward.

– Do you see yourself as an entrepreneur, influencer, activist, or maybe an ambassador for some social cause?

Yes, definitely. I’ve always wanted to be a role model for others, and I feel I’ve achieved that over the years. But I see myself as 100% capable of promoting many ideas if I set my mind to it, seeking innovation to drive major projects, activities, or, as it were, social causes.

– Looking to the future, what are your biggest dreams, both personally and professionally?

Speaking about the future, I’ve always focused on being better than I was yesterday, a brave woman who goes after her dreams without thinking much about it, and ultimately, I always visualize myself as a fulfilled, happy, and successful woman.
