Good morning to everyone! Today we can deeply meet our Miss Kristina Lukacikova. Below her interview for our magazine:
‘’Hi, my name is Kristina Lukačíková. I’m 27 years old, originally from Slovakia, but I currently live in Denmark. Since I was 14, I have been passionate about makeup and beauty. Later on, I decided to create my own cosmetics e-shop because I felt this was the path I wanted to pursue.
In my free time, I enjoy creating makeup videos and photos for my Instagram. I also like working out at the gym, and lately, I’ve developed an interest in reading psychology books.
I believe my best quality is my attention to detail, as I can notice small details that others might overlook. On the other hand, I think my worst flaw is that I tend to trust people too easily, which can sometimes lead to disappointment. However, I’m actively learning to balance trust with caution to avoid potential challenges.
Who inspired you in your life/career?
– My family and friends have inspired me throughout my life. Their love, advice, and belief in me have always pushed me to grow and achieve more.
Is there in particular an event or something in your life that has marked you?
– One event that really marked me was when I moved to Denmark to start something new. It was a big step, leaving my family and friends behind. It taught me to be independent, adaptable, and to embrace new challenges, which has shaped both my personal and professional life. It also made me more confident in myself and my abilities, as I learned to navigate new situations on my own.
What is happiness for you?
– For me, happiness is finding balance in life. It’s about doing what I love, spending quality time with the people I care about, and feeling personally fulfilled.
What is the phrase or quote you will never forget? Why?
– Not long ago, a friend asked me this question, and my answer came quickly. My quote is ‘YOLO – You Only Live Once.’ I always remind myself of this when making decisions, especially when I’m faced with challenges or opportunities that seem uncertain. It helps me to take risks, step out of my comfort zone, and embrace new experiences, knowing that life is short and every moment counts.
How do you feel about being here at Miss Europe Continental?
– I feel very excited and motivated to be here at Miss Europe Continental. It’s a wonderful chance to challenge myself, grow as a person, and embrace all the amazing opportunities that come with this experience. I’m ready to give my best and enjoy the journey!
What does fashion represent for you?
– Fashion is a powerful tool for building my confidence. When I wear something that makes me feel good, it boosts my self-esteem. It’s not just about the clothes—it’s how they make me feel and how they reflect my personality to the world. And I absolutely love dresses.
How do you see yourself in ten years?
– In ten years, I see myself owning my own salon, where I can not only share my passion for beauty but also provide a space where people feel confident and inspired. Additionally, I aim to have completed my business with apartments, which I will be finishing soon. I also plan to travel more and explore the world, experiencing new cultures and broadening my horizons.
If you could make one wish come true, what would it be?
– If I could make one wish come true, it would be for people to motivate each other and to refrain from judging one another.’’
